I want to say Thank You for today’s mental health playlist. I have struggled with anxiety (& depression) since childhood. I’ve had a lot of life changes over the past 3-4 months, and I’m currently having issues getting medication I need. I am having a very tough time this morning, but your messages and songs have helped. I look forward to reading through today’s playlist to discover new songs to help on days like this one. One song that helps me is “It’s Alright” by Mother Mother.
