Delaporte

This song from Spain's Delaporte is part of a special set from KEXP friend Cindy Castillo, who has been working in the music industry for over 20 years, mainly as a Manager, Booker & Promoter. She’s the CEO and Founder of Gigantic Music and Management and has been doing booking and management for the Mad Cool Festival in Madrid, Spain since the festival started. Mad Cool is a major festival in Europe and brings in 65.000 people per day in Madrid. Cindy describes it as “amazing and beautiful, its like an oasis in the city.” The festival is July 6-9 and some of the bands announced so far include Metallica, Pixies, St. Vincent, Foals, The War on Drugs and Bartess Strange, and Cindy is excited to see Alt-J, , Wolf Alice, Tove Lo, Parcels, Mura Masa amongst others.
