9Bach is an alternative folk group formed by Welsh singer-songwriter and pianist Lisa Jên and guitarist Martin Hoyland, a veteran of 1990s alt-rock band Pusherman. The group now includes Dan Swain, Esyllt Glyn Jones, Mirain Roberts and Andy Gangadeen.

    Welsh. 9Bach is composed of pianist and vocalist Lisa Jen and guitarist Martin Hoyland, both prominent Welsh musicians. Their repetoir focuses on Welsh folk music. The title track of Anian, their third album, was written and performed by actor and musician Rhys Ifans, of Super Furry Animals.
