Jason Swinscoe and his band played their explorative jazz and lush electronic loops live at KEXP Dexter back in 2007 kexp.org. Seems a pretty appropriate song to play at the groundbreaking of KEXP's new home!
Engineers made its debut in the UK with their hazy ethereal atmospheric sound. The band consists of Simon Phipps (lead vocals and guitar), Dan MacBean(guitar and keyboards), Mark Peters(bass, guitar, and background vocals), and Andrew Sweeneyon(drums and background vocals).
