New record featuring Kojey Radical, Emile Sandé, Steve McQueen, and Nao. "London meets Lusaka. Moments of joy, moments of struggle, but united in a spirit that we must carry on. Life must go on. We write our music with a consistent will to push the boundaries of what we can mix jazz with. This incorporates the energies of southern African vibes, mixed with our own style of London jazz. And there’s no better person to voice this beauty than the queen, Sampa the Great." bit.ly

BRAND NEW from Oasis' Noel Gallagher!
Speaking to Radio X's John Kennedy for a special program celebrating his life and work, Noel Gallagher said he feels this song was given to him. "I don't ever sit there and think that I wrote that, you know", the Oasis songwriter explained. "I think it came from somewhere else. I think it was a song that was there somewhere, and if I hadn't have written it, you know, Bono would have written it. You know, it's like those great songs, 'One' and 'Let It Be' and yeah, I did just compare myself to Paul McCartney there. You know, they're there. If they fall out the sky and land on your lap, then lucky you."

Norman Blake shared a little about the album title: "'A Catholic Education' was an irreverent thing, we thought it would get a reaction living in the west of Scotland and we knew people would say ‘what do they mean, what’s that all about,’ kind of thing." bit.ly
