She played the piano growing up and left Spain for New York City five years ago while still a teen. This February, Lau Noah performed a Tiny Desk concert.

After undergoing open-heart surgery at the age of 23, singer and keyboardist Ian Ketterer relocated his band Among Authors from Wisconsin to Seattle, WA to greater push their music career. They independently released their debut album, I Am Become, in April 2017. They embarked on their first West Coast tour in February and March of 2018. The band submitted the song “Lure” to NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest last year and performed as part of the NPR Tiny Desk Contest Concert in KEXP’s Gathering Space last June. They’re rumored to be working on their sophomore album, and they’re touring the U.S. this summer, hitting New York, Philadelphia, Denver, Portland, and more!
