Frightened Rabbit announced yesterday that they’ll release a reimagining of their 2008 album this year, called Tiny Changes: A Celebration of the Midnight Organ Fight. It was recorded by friends of the band, in honor of their 10th anniversary.
Along with Aaron Dessner, Lauren Mayberry, Sarah Silverman, and others, Julien Baker is one of the collaborators on Tiny Changes: A Celebration of the Midnight Organ Fight.
This track is named after one of the members of the group, rapper Scorpio (Eddie Morris aka Mr. Ness).
The band describes as a “satirical look at disregarding the apocalyptic aspects of humanity and focusing on the now.” The band continues, “It’s a bit more tongue-in-cheek than some of the other tracks on the record. We’re all humans in the end — you often need to turn yourself off from the news and enjoy the moment.”
