"I am super proud to be an Amplifier here in Nebraska. My best friend and I had the pleasure of visiting KEXP on a trip to Seattle a couple of years ago and it was a highlight of our trip. We look forward to coming back again someday and spending time just hanging at the gathering space. We believe in the music you play and the work you do in the community. I am so glad that we have access to listen to KEXP here in the midwest. Thank you SO MUCH!"

"I love being an amplifier, and a Navajo one at that! I'd love to hear "So American" by Portugal The Man. This past weekend I had a chance to meet some of the band (John Gourley and Zach Carothers) at Seattle's Indigenous People Festival. It turns out they are strong supporters of Indigenous peoples. They try to visit the local indigenous people whereever they play, they open their shows (like Bumbershoot last year) with a recognition of the indigenous tribes whose lands they are playing on, and they even have an indigenous person working for them who coordinates indigenous outreach. So my hat's totally off to them for setting such a great example and using their power for good!"
