Minor Victories is a supergroup of sorts that includes: vocalist Rachel Goswell (Slowdive), guitarists Stuart Braithwaite (Mogwai) and Justin Lockey (Editors), and bassist James Lockey. The group was never all in the same room during the recording process and some had never met in person. They jokingly hint at this in their liner notes...“We made this record as a band, because who really knows what a band is nowadays anyway?”

After 20 years, Lush has returned to tour and released their EP, 'Blind Spot' this past April. Initially starting out as Baby Machines (taken from Siouxsie and the Banshee's "Arabian Nights"), they added a couple of members and evolved into their signature shoegazing sound that defines them as Lush.
