From the third studio album by Will Oldham, released as Palace Music in 1995. Will Oldham, better known by the stage name Bonnie "Prince" Billy, is an American singer-songwriter and actor. From 1993 to 1997, he performed and recorded under variations of the Palace name, including the Palace Brothers, Palace Songs, and Palace Music.
Ass Ponys was an indie rock band based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Features Chuck Cleaver, who went on to form Wussy with Lisa Walker after Ass Ponys disbanded.
With regard to why Ass Ponys broke up, Cleaver says, "I just kind of felt that Ass Ponys had run its course," and "We were coming up with new material, but I just really wasn’t all that interested in it anymore." - bit.ly

Elvis Perkins is the son of actors Anthony Perkins (best known for playing Norman Bates in Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho) and Berry Berenson (who died in the September 11 attacks as a passenger on American Airlines Flight 11).

The Folk Implosion was an American indie rock/lo-fi band founded in the early 1990s by Lou Barlow and John Davis. It was a side-project started by Barlow to explore different territory than his primary band at the time, Sebadoh. The name is a play on the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion.
