I remember having this massive schoolhouse blackboard, as we call them. I was holding a pointer, like a college professor, walking the band through the chord changes like a (bleep)ing nerd. It was ridiculous."
The band returns to play their hometown Cincinnati May 8-9 and will perform High Violet in it's entirety.

Singer, songwriter Matthew Doty (Saxon Shore/Midnight Faces) didn't set out to write a solo album. Shortly after finding out he was going to be a father Doty started working on a batch of songs inspired by the joy and the unknown of the world he was about to enter.
