Alvvays have just announced the release of their third studio album, called Blue Rev (out Oct. 7 via Polyvinyl). And we've just got our hands on the first single, "Pharmacist."
The Toronto 5-piece says they never wanted to take five years to follow up Antisocialites, but you know, the pandemic, border closures, and the "thief" who broke into songwriter Molly Rankin's apartment and stole recorder demos. Oh, and a basement flood destroyed much of the band's gear.
