On top of that, we have a 10 month old at home that we are trying to juggle between us while working. My anxiety and depression are causing me to be a roller coaster of emotions and my stubbornness is getting in my way from doing the things I know I should be doing for my on mental health.
My husband, Jon, has been holding all of our lives together while I am struggling to get my feet under me. He has put in so much extra time and energy to ensure we all are taken care of during this crazy time.
