Norwegian artist Ora the Molecule's new album 'Human Safari' will be out on July 23 via Mute. They said of their new video for track 'Die to Be a Butterfly,' “When coming up with the concept for the video we began thinking about how it feels to ‘create,’ especially as a collaboration. We wanted to show the tension, fluidity, why some things stick and others flow. 2 years ago today on April 19, 2019, TR/ST released their third studio album titled The Destroyer (Part 1). The album featured a reunion of frontman Robert Alfons and Maya Postepski of Austra, who first collaborated on TR/ST's debut self-titled album. Kevin Parker reveals, "Elephant is actually one of the oldest songs that I have, it's just been in the vaults this whole time. I'm not sure why we never recorded it before, but we were just playing it at a sound check one night and everyone in the band was like, 'We should just put this on the album', and so we did.'" He's also speaks of his surprise at how successful the track has become. "I always thought it was a bit shallow, a bit cringe. But now I appreciate Elephant, because the character I’m singing about, from the loners perspective... it’s how I always envisioned big, egotistical people who would march around. Salford, UK's Hayes & Y have been releasing a trilogy of new singles this year -- "The Times" is the first. In a statement, the band's frontman Blagoslav Anastasov described their latest single as being “very influenced by 2020. It paints a post-apocalyptic picture, a couple of people watching the end of the world. I think that a lot of us feel like we’re living in some sort of a movie and the last four years have been leading up to a grand finale of sorts.
