Lush originally recorded the album "Split" at Rockfield in Wales with producer Mike Hedges but said in a statement, "it sounded as flat as a pancake, no dynamics at all." They had the entire album remixed by Alan Moulder who had previously worked with My Bloody Valentine and Ride.
Scottish band Cocteau Twins were known for their ethereal sound and are credited with pioneering the 80's alt rock sub genre of dream pop

Heaven 17 are an English new wave and synth-pop band formed in Sheffield in 1980. Although most of their music was recorded in the 80's they didn't perform their first live shows until 1997.

Recorded over a six month period in 1970/71 at Bearsville, ‘In My Own Time’ was Dalton’s only fully planned and realized studio album. The material was carefully selected and crafted for her by producer/musician Harvey Brooks, the Renaissance man of rock-jazz who played bass on Dylan’s “Highway 61 Revisited” and Miles’ “Bitches Brew”. It was her last release before her death in 1993.

Teenage Snuff Film is the first solo album by Rowland S. Howard. It contains eight original songs, and two cover versions: "White Wedding" by Billy Idol, and "She Cried" (previously performed by The Shangri-Las, Johnny Thunders, and others).

The concept for Dinner Party was born when Martin and Glasper were touring with Glasper’s R+R=NOW project, with Martin later reaching out to 9th Wonder and long-time friend Washington to join the group.
Drawing on soul, jazz and hip-hop, the album features Martin and Washington on sax, Glasper on keys, and 9th Wonder on production, plus contributions from Chicago singer Phoelix.
It follows Washington’s 2018 LP Heaven And Earth, as well as Glasper’s 2019 LP Fuck Yo Feelings.

Healing is a process that starts within, making sure your mind, body and spirit can thrive admist the madness.”
In an effort to give back to her community, Fae will donate the first month’s proceeds of the song to Root to Crown’s Abundance Therapy Fund. Founded in Minnesota, the organization provides holistic therapy services to BIPOC individuals with financial barriers.
