13th Floor Elevators were only together for four years (1965-1969), but they were able to release four LPs and seven 45s during that time. This is a track from their aptly named album, The Psychadelic Sounds of the 13th Floor Elevators.

Tobacco is Thomac Fec's stage name, based on the Tobacco Man, a character that scared him as a child. Not much is known about Tobacco, other than his propensity for making awesomely synth-heavy, broken down electronic music.
