From the third studio album by Dean & Britta. This release was commissioned by the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and was written to accompany a collection of screen tests filmed in the 1960s by Andy Warhol featuring stars from The Factory including Lou Reed, Nico, and Edie Sedgwick.
The all-female indie rock trio is made up of Jenny Lewis (Rilo Kiley), Erika Forster (Au Revoir Simone), and Tennessee Thomas (The Like).

The original album cover for Pills 'n' Thrills and Bellyaches, designed by Central Station Design, consisted of a montage of popular children's candy wrappers.
