He recently signed with Stones Throw Records, who just released his long-awaited debut album Exotic Worlds and Masterful Treasures on April 27th. His music is an ideal fit for the revered Los Angeles label, as he creates a nostalgic and romantic hybrid of 80s-influenced R&B, soul, boogie, funk, hip-hop, and pop that serves as an ideal seductive late-night soundtrack. His exclusive guest DJ mix for Midnight in a Perfect World perfectly showcases his distinctive sound as he weaves through his own bootleg remixes, original tracks, and obscure gems from his deep record collection in confident, casual fashion, never losing sight of an irresistible hazy groove." www.kexp.org
